My guess is that you will be more than happy if you stick to it.You could follow ETK PM or ROP and hit the 300 Kettlebell Challenge once every 2nd or 3rd week. Again, follow for 12 - 16 weeks.Strength is a skill. Practice it to improve. The same can be said about Flexibility, Mobility or Conditioning.

For a while I did the 300 kb challenge once / week. Very good program for conditioning and fat burn imo. Also it is a whole bunch of fun. It was, of course, not the only thing I did during that time.

But I forget what the rest was (iirc I was doing quite a bit of LIFT sandbagging at the time too).First time on it is the worst because you have no idea how to pace yourself for getting through the whole thing.Don't worry about it being called a challenge. It is a good workout with built in progression (ie. Time decrease and intensity increase).Some months ago I was actually doing a modified version of the 300 (other exercises, presses cut out pretty much) on one of my ROP variety days. I don't think Steve designed it as a challenge and I seem to recall him saying he did the workouts 2-3 times/week on top of BJJ practice (EDIT: Steve is of course a FREAK!).The thing is, for the month of April I will focus on endurance and conditioning.

I will have two running days but need something to fill the other three with and 300 seemed like a good idea and a fun change of pace to RoP which I've been doing lately.Last edited by Com. Stefan; at 04:43 AM.
